Our Edmonton team is pushing boundaries in **Computer Vision and Automated Visual Inspection (AVI)** **for next-generation MEMS devices** . **What you'll do**
+ Own and improve manufacturing processes for cutting-edge MEMS products.
+ Develop and optimize processes to boost efficiency and quality.
+ Build and maintain production databases for smooth operations.
+ Troubleshoot and integrate processes with cross-functional teams.
+ Drive cost reduction and yield improvement initiatives.
+ Apply computer vision techniques during early development phases.
+ Ensure compliance with quality standards and accurate documentation.
+ Investigate and resolve process issues and non-conformance events.
+ Qualify new equipment and support process transfers to manufacturing.
**What you need**
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills (required).
+ Knowledge of computer vision methods and software like OpenCV (required).
+ Understanding of optics and camera systems (required).
+ Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot hardware (required).
+ Familiarity with Python, LabVIEW, C#, and SQL (advantage).
+ Experience with MVTec Halcon software (advantage).
+ Diploma or degree in Computer Engineering Technology, Computer Science, or related field (required).
