Detailed Job Description Key Responsibilities • Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure • Develop tools and automation for deployment, monitoring, and incident response • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline releases • Monitor system performance using metrics, logs, and tracing tools • Collaborate with development teams to improve system reliability and performance • Conduct root cause analysis and post-mortems for production incidents • Define and track SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs to measure system health • Participate in capacity planning and disaster recovery strategies • Ensure security, compliance, and observability across environments
Required Skills • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Go, Java, or Ruby • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Proficiency in Linux/Unix systems and networking fundamentals • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) • Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) • Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible) • Understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD) • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
