The Application Engineer will be heavily involved with the creation, maintenance, and running of Python Lambda, Pig and PySpark analytics and is responsible for reviewing data ingest tickets and merge requests with other developers on the team. The application engineer is focused on delivering reliable, accurate data to the end users as well as ensuring that day-to-day operations are successful. Including being able to investigate data arriving accurately into the system. Strong background in analytics development Python Experience and expertise with System Authorization Risk Management Framework Vulnerability Management and/or Nessus Vulnerability Scanner Patch management and IAVA tracking PIG Pyspark AWS Lambda Functions Experience working in Agile environment Salary: $225,000 - $235,000 annually Excellent benefits package including 25 days PTO, 11 paid holidays, 100% employer-paid healthcare for employees and dependents - available day 1, 8% 401(k) employer match - immediate vesting.
