We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Sr Manager, Digital Data and Analytics to lead the development, stewardship, and operations of scalable data and analytics products supporting Kite's efforts in digital marketing and omnichannel orchestration. As a Senior Manager, Digital Data & Analytics, you will: Gain business understanding of data and reporting needs Execute Digital & Omnichannel Analytics Ensure Digital marketing data readiness Own technology implementation and operations of orchestrated journeys Collaborate with Cross-Functional teams for execution Basic Qualifications: Master's degree in Data Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and 6 years of related experience OR Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and 8 years of related experience Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry 8+ years of experience and expertise in designing digital marketing measurement framework and executing digital marketing and omnichannel analytics 5+ years of experience in business intelligence delivery and hands-on experience in Tableau Strong understanding of digital data from sources such as CRM, web analytics, display, social and marketing platforms Experience driving data standardization and management of digital data including upstream tracking, tagging, and data validation Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value. Kite considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package. Benefits include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans.
