Relationship and Department Management Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales compensation and planning professionals, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment Encourage best practices in documentation, process improvement, and knowledge sharing across the team Act as an escalation point for complex compensation issues, partnering cross-functionally to drive resolution while maintaining program integrity Develop trusted partnerships with peers, senior management, and key stakeholders to align sales compensation strategies with company goals. Maintain and leverage relationships with vendors and external organizations to deliver optimal solutions and stay informed of industry best practices.
What You Will Bring: 8-10 years of progressive experience in sales compensation, sales operations, or sales planning, including people leadership responsibilities Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, MBA preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and analytical modeling; ability to review and guide advanced analysis produced by the team Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into clear business insights and recommendations Experience with sales compensation systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) preferred Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, fairness, and compliance with program guidelines Employee Benefits In addition to joining a team of dedicated professionals who support each other and are passionate about their work, you'll also enjoy a variety of attractive, industry-leading benefits. The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $121,291 and $159,193. Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
