Technical Sales Engineer
to contribute to our success in the Refrigeration sector, focusing on both account management and new business development. Your Role: Proactively discover new business opportunities within industrial sectors such as food processing and cold storage, with an emphasis on Industrial Screw Compressors. Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline to achieve targeted revenue goals. Provide technical and commercial guidance to customers regarding industrial refrigeration solutions. Create detailed proposals and collaborate with sales agents and engineering teams for accurate technical solutions. Establish and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders including sales agents, consulting engineers, and contractors, providing support throughout the sales cycle. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities while contributing feedback to enhance our offerings. Deliver training sessions on product features and digital tools for customers and internal teams. Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system and provide accurate sales forecasts. Assist in trade show setups and collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials. Fulfill other assignments as required. Your Qualifications: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Strong technical knowledge of industrial controls products and applications. Proven time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines. Ability to thrive in fast-paced and sometimes challenging environments. Willingness to travel up to 10-15% for customer visits and industry events. The expected salary for this position ranges from $90,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year. This range is based on various factors including skills, experience, and location. Compensation may also include discretionary bonuses and/or equity awards based on eligibility. Please note:
