Apply problem-solving and critical thinking skills to solve complex challenges. Execute quality control efforts, ensuring standards are consistently achieved across all production processes. Foster teamwork, a positive work environment, and continuous improvement. Qualifications
Strong leadership skills are a must. Management experience is a plus but not required. Strong critical thinking and engineering-based problem-solving skills. Minimum 2 years of industry experience in engineering, machining, or quality control is preferred. Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). Why Join Us?
