Your Responsibilities: Design and document telecommunications systems for advanced facilities, covering Outside Plant (OSP), backbone distribution systems, communication room layouts, rack elevations, wired and wireless device plans, and cable schedules.
Create fully coordinated 3D BIM models across all design disciplines using Revit (and occasionally AutoCAD).
Produce 2D construction drawings and ensure compliance with NEC, TIA, and other relevant industry standards.
Collaborate effectively with designers, discipline leads, architects, and engineers to deliver accurate and constructible solutions.
Take the lead on portions of projects under supervision, enhancing your technical and leadership abilities.
Your Qualifications: Experience designing telecommunications systems for complex facilities.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows.
A strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Two-year technical degree or four-year non-technical degree.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in telecommunications design and construction.
Knowledge and experience with BICSI design practices.
Familiarity with NFPA 70 (NEC) as it relates to telecommunications design requirements.
Understanding of Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) standards.
Experience leading a telecommunications design team.
Knowledge of design and construction specifications.
Ability to estimate and schedule small to medium-sized projects.
Preferred Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
At least 3 years of telecommunications design experience in semiconductor, data center, or advanced manufacturing facilities.
Project management experience.
Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks design software platforms.
Experience designing paging, intercom, and audiovisual systems.
Knowledge and design experience with life safety and security systems.
Familiarity with control systems and network topology.
One or more relevant certifications: RCDD, DCDC, OSP, or RTPM.
