Description: Working under the direction of the HR Director, this role is responsible for day-to-day HR operations, with a strong emphasis on benefits administration, employee relations, HR systems, and project implementation. The HR Manager serves as a key operational partner to management and employees, helps implement HR strategies and initiatives, and promotes a positive, professional, and compliant work environment. Experience with Paylocity is highly preferred. Essential Duties provide data and recommendations to the HR Director Employee Relations Support the full employee lifecycle for clinical and non-clinical staff, including recruitment support, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding Provide guidance to managers on employee relations matters, coaching, corrective action, and performance improvement, escalating issues as appropriate Conduct or assist with workplace investigations in coordination with the HR Director Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook content Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and healthcare-related regulations HRIS
