Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Prepare shipments by labeling packages and completing necessary documentation.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying contents and storing items appropriately.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and help maintain stock accuracy.
- Support the overall logistics and fulfillment process of the company.
- Demonstrate a commitment to safety in all warehouse tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 40 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse management systems is beneficial.
- Willingness to follow instructions and safety guidelines, including proper PPE usage.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Enthusiasm for contributing to a smooth and efficient logistics operation.
