Responsibilities:
- Unload delivery trucks and receive incoming shipments.
- Inspect goods for damage and verify quantities against order documents.
- Stock and organize inventory on warehouse shelves and designated areas.
- Accurately pick items from inventory to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders securely for transit, ensuring product integrity.
- Stage and prepare shipments for outgoing logistics.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with stocktaking.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment at all times.
- Ensure proper use of required PPE for all tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is a plus.
- Ability to handle frequent lifting of items weighing up to 45 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles and warehouse safety.
- Willingness to follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
