We are looking for a dependable and energetic Distribution Center Associate to join our team in Boise, Idaho. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
- Inspect merchandise for damage or defects and report any issues immediately.
- Store inventory in appropriate locations, maintaining order and accessibility.
- Pick products accurately to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (certification required for forklifts).
- Load outgoing shipments onto delivery vehicles.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Uphold strict adherence to all company safety procedures and regulations, including the consistent use of required PPE .
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
- Assist with other warehouse operations as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center is beneficial.
- Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Keen attention to detail for accurate order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse terminology.
- Commitment to maintaining a safety -first environment and proper PPE usage.
