We are looking for a dependable and energetic Distribution Center Associate to join our team in Boise, Idaho. In this vital role, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our warehouse, handling a variety of tasks from receiving goods to preparing them for dispatch. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
  • Inspect merchandise for damage or defects and report any issues immediately.
  • Store inventory in appropriate locations, maintaining order and accessibility.
  • Pick products accurately to fulfill customer orders.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (certification required for forklifts).
  • Load outgoing shipments onto delivery vehicles.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Uphold strict adherence to all company safety procedures and regulations, including the consistent use of required PPE .
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
  • Assist with other warehouse operations as directed by supervisors.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center is beneficial.
  • Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Keen attention to detail for accurate order fulfillment and inventory management.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse terminology.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safety -first environment and proper PPE usage.
