We are seeking a motivated and reliable Distribution Center Associate to join our dynamic team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and on time. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
- Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report any issues.
- Organize and store inventory in designated areas, maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer specifications.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Load outbound shipments onto trucks for delivery.
- Participate in inventory counts and audits.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety protocols.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, ensuring compliance with all PPE requirements.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
