Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in the heart of North Carolina's logistics hub? We are hiring a Fulfillment Associate for our Durham facility! In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your primary responsibilities will include picking items from inventory, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. We emphasize a strong culture of Safety, providing comprehensive training and ensuring that all team members are equipped with and use the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position is perfect for energetic individuals who are detail-oriented and enjoy being part of a team that keeps products moving efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from inventory locations using order sheets or scanning devices.
- Pack items carefully and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Verify order details to ensure accuracy before packing and shipping.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with receiving and put-away of incoming inventory as needed.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our fulfillment and logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics role is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding and adherence to Safety regulations.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
