Job Summary:

In this role, you will be at the heart of our order fulfillment process, ensuring that customers receive their items accurately and on time. Responsibilities include picking products from inventory, accurately packing them for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. Responsibilities:
  • Locate and retrieve specified items from warehouse shelves and storage areas.
  • Verify item details and quantities against order tickets.
  • Pack items carefully and efficiently, ensuring product integrity.
  • Select appropriate packaging materials for various order types.
  • Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for transit.
  • Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to optimize workflow.
  • Follow all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Use PPE as instructed, including gloves and safety glasses.
  • Participate in stocktaking and inventory checks.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Capacity for Lifting items up to 40 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Understanding of warehouse Safety practices.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to learn new processes and operate warehouse equipment.
