Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock merchandise accurately and efficiently in designated locations.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Prepare shipments for transit, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed, following all safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including the mandatory use of PPE and safe lifting practices.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet daily targets.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as directed.
- Support overall logistics operations to meet business needs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical stamina, including frequent lifting, bending, and standing.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment operation is beneficial.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Understanding of safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
- Basic math and reading skills.
