We are looking for a dedicated Picker/Packer to join our bustling warehouse operations in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In this role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your responsibilities will include picking items from inventory shelves according to order specifications and then carefully packing them for shipment. This position requires a keen eye for detail, efficiency, and the physical capability to handle frequent Lifting of products. Maintaining a safe working environment is our highest priority; therefore, strict adherence to all Safety guidelines and the correct use of PPE are mandatory. You will play an integral part in our Logistics process, contributing directly to operational success and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations using order lists or scanning devices.
- Verify product codes, quantities, and condition before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently using appropriate packaging materials.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and necessary documentation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of your work area.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE .
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of our warehouse Logistics .
- Perform physical tasks including walking, standing, and frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Report any discrepancies or damages to a supervisor promptly.
- Assist with inventory checks and other warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand picking lists and product labels accurately.
- Physical ability to perform tasks involving standing, walking, bending, and Lifting regularly.
- Knowledge of warehouse Safety standards and proper use of PPE .
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet production targets.
- Basic understanding of Logistics processes is a plus.
