We are looking for a diligent Warehouse Worker to join our facility in Tampa, Florida. This role is fundamental to our operations, involving a variety of tasks from receiving and stocking to picking and preparing orders for shipment. You will be an integral part of our logistics chain, contributing to the efficient movement of goods. The ideal candidate is reliable, physically capable, and possesses a strong work ethic. - Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Stock inventory in assigned locations, ensuring proper organization and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles.
- Pick items for outgoing orders accurately and efficiently.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Load finished orders onto trucks for delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse floor and storage areas.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Participate in inventory counts and checks.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Perform manual Lifting of items up to 50 pounds regularly.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is a plus.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong physical stamina for standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks.
- Capability for frequent Lifting and moving of heavy objects.
- Commitment to maintaining a Safe working environment.
- Willingness to wear provided PPE as required.
- Team-oriented attitude and a willingness to help where needed.
