We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team in Sacramento, California. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring the efficient and safe handling of goods. Your responsibilities will include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping orders. You will work closely with a team of logistics professionals to maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely fulfillment of customer demands. - Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and document any discrepancies.
- Store products in designated areas, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently according to customer specifications.
- Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sweeping, tidying, and waste disposal.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on Safety.
- Utilize provided PPE at all times to ensure personal protection.
- Be prepared for moderate to heavy Lifting as required by the role.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to PPE guidelines.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
