We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our growing logistics center in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and promptly. Your primary responsibilities will include picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and the efficiency of our logistics operations.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Package items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Verify order contents against packing slips to ensure accuracy.
- Process and label shipments using our warehouse management system.
- Assist with receiving and put-away of incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies, especially regarding safety and the use of PPE.
- Contribute to the overall smooth functioning of our logistics processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Must follow all safety protocols and use appropriate PPE.
- Familiarity with logistics operations is beneficial.
