Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles.
- Transport materials to and from production, storage, or other designated areas.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequences such as size, type, or stock number.
- Assist in counting of inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and proper material handling.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling role preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and ability to follow instructions precisely.
