We are hiring enthusiastic Warehouse Workers to join our team in Huntsville, Alabama. This role is fundamental to the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, involving a variety of tasks to ensure efficiency and organization. Responsibilities include receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Restock inventory and maintain organization within the warehouse.
- Operate manual and powered material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, dollies).
- Conduct regular housekeeping to ensure a clean and orderly workspace.
- Follow all Safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and operational guidelines.
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Strong commitment to workplace Safety.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a good attendance record.
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.
- Familiarity with general logistics principles is beneficial.
- Must wear required PPE, including safety shoes.
