Job Summary:
Become a key player in our fast-paced Fulfillment Center as a Fulfillment Associate in Austin, Texas! This role is vital for ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for picking items from warehouse shelves, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick customer orders from designated locations within the warehouse.
  • Inspect picked items for damage or defects before packing.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
  • Label packages correctly for shipment.
  • Maintain productivity standards while upholding quality and accuracy.
  • Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
  • Keep the workstation clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Follow all company safety protocols and guidelines, including the use of PPE.
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with stock rotation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily fulfillment targets.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or picking role is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform consistent lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with scanning equipment and warehouse management systems is a plus.
  • Understanding of logistics and order fulfillment processes.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills.
