Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from designated locations within the warehouse.
- Inspect picked items for damage or defects before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Maintain productivity standards while upholding quality and accuracy.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Keep the workstation clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all company safety protocols and guidelines, including the use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with stock rotation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or picking role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform consistent lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with scanning equipment and warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Understanding of logistics and order fulfillment processes.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills.
