We are seeking an efficient Distribution Center Associate for our facility in Austin, Texas. This critical role supports our overall logistics operations by managing the flow of goods within the warehouse. Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products with accuracy and speed. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess a strong commitment to workplace safety. Working effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced distribution environment is essential. We prioritize a safe work environment and require all associates to strictly follow safety guidelines and utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Fulfill customer orders by picking and packing items accurately and timely.
- Prepare outgoing shipments for transit, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workspace.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including the use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory control activities, including cycle counts.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center role is preferred.
- Ability to perform lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Understanding of basic warehouse logistics principles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when needed.
