Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading trailers and trucks with various types of merchandise.
- Accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.
- Receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
- Operating material handling equipment as needed, following all safety protocols.
- Performing cycle counts and inventory checks to maintain accuracy.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety standards.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
- Team player with good communication skills.
