We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Coordinator to join our dynamic logistics team in Jacksonville, Florida. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse facility. The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, managing inventory levels, coordinating shipments, and supervising warehouse associates. You will play a key part in maintaining optimal workflow and ensuring that all operations adhere to strict safety standards. A strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential for success in this position. We are looking for an individual with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team. Your primary focus will be on enhancing operational efficiency, minimizing errors, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. This position requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include: developing and implementing warehouse procedures, managing staff schedules, conducting inventory counts, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
