Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on order requirements.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure product safety during transit.
- Verify order contents against packing slips for accuracy.
- Stage packed orders for shipment.
- Operate relevant warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in inventory counts and stocktaking.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve fulfillment goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 35 lbs).
- Familiarity with warehouse technology and systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
- Understanding of safety practices and the mandatory use of PPE.
