Responsibilities:
- Unload and receive incoming inventory accurately.
- Stock shelves and storage locations efficiently.
- Pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Prepare shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in inventory checks and audits.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of safety regulations and the requirement to use PPE.
