Our busy warehouse in Colorado Springs, Colorado, is looking for a dependable Warehouse Worker to join our team! This role is essential for maintaining the smooth flow of goods within our logistics operations. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. Your attention to detail and efficiency are key to ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction. We maintain a strong focus on workplace Safety ; therefore, all employees are required to follow established safety procedures and utilize the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE ). This position requires physical stamina, including standing for long periods, walking, bending, and Lifting items up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming merchandise.
- Stock and organize inventory on warehouse shelves and racks.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Wear and use required PPE at all times.
- Support daily Logistics activities and operational needs.
- Engage in tasks involving significant physical activity, including Lifting up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is advantageous.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and correct use of PPE .
- Basic understanding of warehouse procedures and Logistics is a plus.
