We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Huntsville, Alabama. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately.
- Inspect goods for damage and discrepancies.
- Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently according to customer requirements.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively (training provided if needed).
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Familiarity with basic inventory management principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain principles is a plus.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
