Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately based on customer requirements.
- Operate various warehouse equipment safely, as needed.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent record-keeping and cycle counts.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals within the logistics framework.
- Load and unload shipments as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform consistent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions.
- Understanding of warehouse safety standards and logistics processes.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform manual tasks for extended periods.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential.
This position involves significant physical exertion, including manual handling and frequent lifting. We are deeply committed to workplace safety, and adherence to all PPE requirements is mandatory.
