We are seeking energetic and dependable Warehouse Workers to join our facility in Miami, Florida. This versatile role involves a variety of tasks critical to the efficient operation of our warehouse and logistics processes. You will be involved in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods, ensuring that all operations are conducted with speed and accuracy. This is a hands-on position that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be an integral part of our supply chain, contributing to the successful delivery of products to our customers. We are looking for individuals who are team players, have a strong work ethic, and are committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Your contribution will help us meet and exceed operational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, pack, ship, organize).
- Perform inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Assist in maintaining the overall efficiency of the logistics operations.
- Handle products with care to prevent damage.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse safety procedures.
- Familiarity with logistics concepts is a plus.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
This position demands physical exertion, including significant lifting and manual handling. We are committed to ensuring a safe working environment, and the mandatory use of PPE is expected. Understanding the flow of goods within a logistics system is beneficial. Reliability and a proactive approach to tasks are highly valued.
