We're looking for dependable Warehouse Workers to join our growing team in Detroit, Michigan. This position is foundational to our entire logistics operation, ensuring that products move efficiently and accurately through our facility. As a Warehouse Worker, you'll engage in a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. A commitment to a safe work environment is essential; we provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to protect our team. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. You will contribute to maintaining orderliness and efficiency in all aspects of the warehouse. Responsibilities include:
- Loading and unloading materials and products from trucks and containers.
- Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stocking and organizing inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Picking and packing orders for shipment with precision.
- Operating hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Participating in regular inventory counts and stock checks.
- Following all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure workplace.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- This position requires the ability to perform significant Lifting, up to 50 pounds, on a regular basis.
