Join our dynamic logistics team as a Fulfillment Associate in Huntsville, Alabama! You will be instrumental in ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. As a Fulfillment Associate, you'll be involved in picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment. You'll work closely with inventory management systems to track stock levels and report discrepancies. Excellent teamwork and communication skills are essential for success in this fast-paced distribution center. We prioritize employee well-being and provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe working experience. Responsibilities include:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent scanning and cycle counting.
- Operate various warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Inspect goods for damage and report any issues immediately.
- Assist with receiving and put-away of incoming inventory.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and security.
- Meet or exceed performance expectations for productivity and quality.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- The ability to perform heavy Lifting, up to 50 pounds, is required for certain tasks.
