We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our dynamic logistics team in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a Picker/Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. This position requires a commitment to safety, efficiency, and teamwork. You will be responsible for accurately picking items from warehouse shelves and preparing them for shipment. This includes verifying product codes, quantities, and ensuring items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. Attention to detail is paramount in this role to minimize errors and maintain high customer satisfaction. You will work with various scanning equipment and inventory management systems to track order progress and maintain accurate stock levels. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This is a physically demanding role that requires standing for extended periods, walking, bending, and lifting. Adherence to all company safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory.
