Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team in Boston, Massachusetts. This role is crucial to our operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently processed, packed, and prepared for shipment. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be an integral part of our logistics network, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing various warehouse equipment and systems to manage inventory and fulfill orders. Our commitment to safety is paramount, and you will be expected to adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures. This includes the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. The ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including significant lifting, is a requirement for this position. You will be responsible for receiving goods, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. Attention to detail is key to ensuring order accuracy and minimizing errors. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
  • Accurately pick items from shelves based on order tickets.
  • Pack orders carefully and efficiently for shipment.
  • Operate manual and powered equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks).
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, including the use of PPE.
  • Perform regular inventory counts and checks.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Manage time effectively to meet productivity targets.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Willingness to follow safety protocols and wear required PPE.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
