Join our Columbus, Ohio team as an Order Picker! We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to accurately fulfill customer orders. Your primary responsibility will be to locate and retrieve specific items from warehouse shelves according to pick lists or digital orders, ensuring accuracy in quantity and item type. You will then prepare these items for packing and shipment, contributing directly to our logistics operations. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Adherence to all Safety guidelines, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. We value a safe and productive workplace. - Accurately picking items from warehouse shelves based on order requirements.
- Using RF scanners or pick lists to identify and locate products.
- Verifying item codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Transporting picked items to the packing or staging area.
- Following all Safety protocols and procedures diligently.
- Proper use of required PPE throughout the shift.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Assisting with other warehouse tasks as needed.
- Performing light inventory checks.
- Contributing to the overall efficiency of the warehouse logistics.
This position requires the ability to perform frequent Lifting of items weighing up to 35 pounds. Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is beneficial.
