You will be involved in various aspects of order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This role demands accuracy, efficiency, and a strong commitment to meeting customer demands. You will work with advanced warehouse systems and equipment to ensure smooth operations. Safety is non-negotiable; all team members are required to follow stringent safety guidelines and utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). The ideal candidate will be physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods, possess excellent organizational skills, and thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specified requirements.
- Verify order details and product information for accuracy.
- Prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Meet or exceed daily productivity and quality targets.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and bend throughout the shift.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
