You will be responsible for tasks such as receiving, unloading, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, you'll contribute directly to our logistics success by maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring timely order fulfillment. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, safety-conscious, and possess a strong work ethic. The ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting, is essential. We provide comprehensive training on our procedures and equipment, so while prior warehouse experience is a plus, it's not strictly required. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming materials and products.
- Verify inventory against shipping documents.
- Stock items in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare goods for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in inventory counts and checks.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals.
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform strenuous physical work, including regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to following safety protocols and wearing required PPE.
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in task completion.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is advantageous.
