Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and store items appropriately.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently according to specific customer requirements.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Maintain inventory records by accurately scanning and documenting items.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of obstructions.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or manual labor experience preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting, typically up to 50 pounds, on a regular basis.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures is a plus.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and climb for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
