We are looking for enthusiastic Picker/Packers to join our busy warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah. This role is critical to our e-commerce fulfillment process, ensuring that orders are accurately picked, carefully packed, and prepared for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory according to order specifications.
- Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy.
- Pack items securely and efficiently using appropriate packaging materials.
- Label packages for shipment and prepare them for dispatch.
- Operate scanning devices to track inventory and order status.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts.
- Participate in team efforts to meet productivity goals.
- Perform duties related to the logistics of outgoing shipments.
- Handle moderate Lifting and movement of boxes and products.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in picking and packing, or warehouse operations, is preferred.
- Ability to perform manual Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Understanding of basic warehouse logistics.
- Commitment to safety protocols and correct PPE usage.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good manual dexterity.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent is desirable.
