Über

You support our Support Solutions Engineers (m/f/d). You assist our solutions engineers from the offer to the sale. You also prepare sales documents, are responsible for managing documents and obtaining the necessary approvals from internal services, partners, and authorities. You ensure careful management of customer data in the E-CRM system. In the sales team, you help provide optimal service to our clients. You occasionally travel to Switzerland to support the sales team on-site in the context of tenders. End-to-End support to solutions engineers, from the offer to the sale and complete management of documents in French, German, English, and Italian. Obtaining evidence, maintaining databases. Close collaboration with our sales office in Zurich and sporadic travel in Switzerland to provide support both on-site and from a distance. Skills: Diploma X (CFC) or equivalent. At least two years of experience in a management role, ideally in sales. Proficiency in Microsoft, SAP, and CRM systems. Comfortable on the phone and face-to-face with clients. Able to work in a team, flexible, and adept at building relationships with internal services, authorities, partners, and clients.
