Are you ready for this new experience? Then join us! As part of the development in our field, we are looking for temporary missions lasting from 12 to 21 months, Real-Time Management - CDM. MissionYou will work within our traffic control center responsible for the proper functioning of the network in real-time for our clients. In particular, you will continuously ensure the regularity and reliability of the lines of the network and special services, while providing customers with the necessary information for their travel, and ensuring connections.Main responsibilities:- Carry out controls, surveillance, and necessary interventions on network lines and special services to guarantee the established transport offer.- Participate in and follow up on action plans necessary to minimize disruptions on the network for planned events.- Provide on-duty personnel on the network with all the necessary information and assistance to effectively carry out their mission.- Collaborate with all internal and external partners in the management of disruptions.Profile:- CFC level or equivalent title, and at least 4 years of experience in a public transport company, within a traffic management center.- Good knowledge of the TPG network and the Geneva region.- Ease for and willingness and ability to be trained on multiple programs (Hastus, SAEIV, etc.).- Excellent stress resistance, decision-making skills, and ability to be available and attentive to issues on the network.- Proficiency in the French language, both written and spoken.- Necessary availability for schedules requiring great flexibility.Are you interested?If you are interested in this great professional opportunity and meet the defined requirements, you are invited to send us your application.
