APPRENTICE AGENT Municipality of Montreux is offering a training position for: We offer you: The opportunity to acquire practical skills in a dynamic and structured environment. A varied experience through involvement at several sites managed by the municipality, and a position meeting hygiene and safety standards. A working environment with caring teams ready to support apprentices in their qualifications within the concierge service, who will assist you in achieving your goals. Main tasks: Contribute to the general maintenance of municipal buildings by following prescribed working methods. Ensure the cleanliness of premises and restrooms, respecting hygiene standards and established maintenance plans. Oversee the management of supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc.) and the order of resources. Participate in preventive maintenance by reporting any malfunctions and damages to the appropriate services. Assist in organizing events and activities by setting up necessary furniture and other equipment. Carry out exceptional or urgent cleaning tasks depending on the situation. The ideal candidate should have: Excellent manual dexterity. Methodical and precise approach. A flexible and autonomous personality. Team spirit and ease of communication. A secondary school diploma or equivalent. Open to profiles who have already started a CFC. Special conditions: To be provided upon hiring: Swiss criminal record extract.
