To support this step, we are looking for smart and experienced requirements engineers to contribute and clever and solutions for a meaningful industry.Business Analyst IT (H/F)Main TasksLead the requirements engineering process for software development closely with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams X and capture customer needs, functional and non-functional requirements.Conduct requirements workshops and meetings to clarify requirements, and resolve conflicts.Analyze and prioritize requirements, identifying dependencies, conflicts, and gaps.Develop clear and concise software requirements including use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process with software architects and designers to ensure alignment between software requirements, architectural decisions and UX design.Proactively identify and potential risks, issues, and challenges to requirements, proposing with testing teams X proper test coverage and alignment of test plans with defined in Agile development activities such as sprint planning and backlog up to with industry best practices in requirements engineering and contribute to process improvement degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a field. Master s degree work experience as a Senior Requirements Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of software development life cycles and technical background in software engineering, including knowledge of software architecture principles and design with requirement management tools ( , Confluence and JIRA) and familiarity with Agile development analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to effectively with cross-functional teams X detail and a focus on quality, with the ability to identify and address potential risks and issues.Proactive and mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Professional in requirements engineering ( , IREB CPRE, IIBA CBAP) or fields are a plus.Previous experience in relevant domains such as healthcare, finance, or e-commerce is advantageous.English B1-B2 (minimum) X /or German we offer40h/per weekHighly and working environmentFree parkingFurther environment helps to find cool solutions to challenging complex requirements.
