Recently, we have expanded our company not only to the areas of hotel, tourism, and care but also to all other industries. You will strengthen our team of 300 employees and become our new: Claims Handler for Daily Sickness Benefits Insurance (80%-100%) What makes this position particularly interesting: Responsibility in the benefits area: You will be responsible for processing daily sickness benefit cases. You check claims for benefits, clarify open questions, coordinate with various partners (especially employers and disability insurance), and prepare daily sickness benefit statements. Customer orientation in daily work: You will provide competent and efficient advice to insured persons, employers, and individuals. Collaborative work: You will maintain internal and external collaboration, ensuring coordinated processing of daily sickness benefit cases. Space for development: You will joyfully apply your knowledge, continuously develop yourself, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our processes. What you bring: Expertise & education: You have a commercial or equivalent basic education. Experience in the field is an advantage. Additional training as a social insurance specialist is a plus. Language skills: You communicate confidently in German. Additionally, you have good knowledge of French (at least level B1). Other languages are a plus. You work in a structured and reliable manner and remain organized even with a high case load. Willingness to learn: You enjoy discussing cases in your daily work, learning from them, and sharing your knowledge with others. Relationship-building skills: In your daily work, you place great importance on building a trusting relationship with both internal and external partners.
