In the context of a departure, we are recruiting a: Project and cross-functional missions officer (100%) - 12-month fixed-term contract Location: Lausanne Start date: As soon as possible What you bring to our mission You will ensure the management and monitoring of missions and projects entrusted to you by the director of EVAM. You are responsible for the methodology and for all stakeholders involved. You will report to the various governing bodies (director, management board, steering committee(s)). Your key missions You define, in connection with the director of EVAM, the means and timeline for the entrusted missions and projects. You ensure the management, milestone tracking, and deliverables of these missions and projects, including the budget aspect, and you report back to management. You ensure the involvement of stakeholders and act as an interface between internal and external partners in the context of the entrusted missions and projects. You provide change management support. You prepare internal and external materials related to the entrusted missions and projects. Your profile You hold a Master's degree in management or another equivalent certified field; in social institutions, you have a certified qualification in project management. You have at least 7 years of experience in a cross-functional role, including managing significant projects and/or team management, and you have an interest in the social sector (experience in this field is a plus) and possess strong analytical and synthesis skills. You have a collaborative spirit and can make decisions while bringing together stakeholders. You are an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing. You demonstrate an open mind and flexibility, and you know how to cooperate with a variety of internal and external actors. You are organized, capable of planning and managing unforeseen events.
