Your tasks include managing financial accounting according to RPC and CO standards, managing tax matters, and conducting internal and external audits. Lead the accounting department (5-6 employees) and contribute to the Finance Department's various projects and initiatives. What you bring: Federal Certificate as a Specialist in Finance and Accounting or equivalent with proven experience. Professional experience: Diploma as a financial expert with controlling, or similar. You are resilient and organized. You demonstrate tact and proactivity. You show open-mindedness and flexibility. You are capable of teamwork and capable of optimizing processes. You are proficient in SAP FICO and standard Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
