Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from shelves based on order specifications.
- Inspect products for quality and damage prior to packing.
- Pack orders securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Utilize scanning devices to maintain inventory accuracy and track order progress.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with stock organization.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, with a focus on Safety.
Qualifications:
- Previous picking or packing experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret order sheets and product labels.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work execution.
- Capability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift.
- Must be able to handle lifting requirements of up to 45 lbs.
- Willingness to adhere to PPE guidelines, including safety shoes and gloves.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles is beneficial.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
