This position is essential for optimizing our logistics operations and ensuring product availability for our customers. The Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for conducting regular cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and implementing procedures to prevent stockouts and overstocks. You will work closely with warehouse staff, receiving, and shipping departments to reconcile inventory levels and maintain precise records. This role requires a keen eye for detail, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial. We prioritize a safe working environment and expect all team members to be knowledgeable about and adhere to safety protocols, including the appropriate use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). You will be involved in managing warehouse space, organizing stock, and ensuring that inventory is stored correctly to prevent damage. Familiarity with inventory management software and strong organizational skills are highly desirable. Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure accuracy.
